Your continued use of the Services after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.

2. Eligibility and user accounts

You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction) to use the Services. By using the Services, you represent and warrant that you meet this requirement.

Certain features may require you to create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access.

License

Sento offers portable, solar-powered security and surveillance units (such as Scout, Ranger X, and Warden) for sale or rental. All orders are subject to availability and our acceptance.

• Pricing and payment: Prices are listed on the Site and may change without notice. You are responsible for all applicable taxes.
• Shipping and delivery: Delivery timelines are estimates only. Risk of loss passes to you upon delivery to the carrier.
• Returns and refunds: Please refer to our separate Return Policy (if applicable) or contact us for details. Custom or deployed units may have limited return options.

5. Intellectual property

All content, logos, designs, software, and materials on the Site are owned by Sento or its licensors and protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You acquire no ownership rights by using the Services.

6. Disclaimers and warranties

THE SITE AND SERVICES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT.

We do not warrant that the Site will be error-free, uninterrupted, or secure, or that any products will meet your specific security needs. Security solutions supplement but do not replace professional security practices.

7. Limitation of liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, SENTO SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE SERVICES OR PRODUCTS, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Sento, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable attorney fees) arising from your use of the Services, violation of these Terms, or infringement of any rights.

9. Governing law and dispute resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Arizona, USA, without regard to conflict of laws principles. Any disputes shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Maricopa County, Arizona.

10. Privacy

11. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to the Services at any time, with or without cause or notice, including if you breach these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Services ceases immediately.

12. General provisions

• Severability: If any provision is held invalid, the remainder remains in effect.
• Waiver: Our failure to enforce any right does not constitute a waiver.
• Entire agreement: These Terms (together with any other agreements referenced) constitute the entire agreement between you and Sento.
